announcements with a credit card by calling 1-800-428-3479 or FAX your
order to 850-656-8774.
- Web: You can, of course, order
any of our products with a credit card using our secure server right
here from the Web site.
Shipping Schedule
Regular shipping leaves our plant in 2 to 3 weeks. Rush shipping is
guaranteed to reach you in the allotted working days UNLESS
delayed by weather, strikes, or acts of God. Rush packages not received on
time shall be eligible for a refund of 50% of shipping charges.
Rush shipping can only be delivered to street addresses. Rush shipping
requests to P.O. Boxes will be honored but may take additional time
without refund. For our delivery guarantee to apply, order must be
complete and payment must be received.
Rush shipping guarantee applies to
announcement packages only. Accessories may be shipped separately
and are not bound by the delivery guarantee or refund policy.
Our Return Policy
Cards4Grads.com gladly accepts returns of non-personalized merchandise for any
reason. Personalized merchandise can only be returned if defective. If
you are unsure as to the product, please call for further
information. Samples of most paper products can be sent free of charge.
Any personalized product that is misprinted by our error will be
replaced. All returns must receive a return authorization number before
returning. Returns after two weeks of delivery cannot be accepted. Please
inspect your package upon receipt. Returns are not eligible for a refund
of shipping charges.
Important - You must complete all
information! Partial responses such as incomplete names and high schools
require us to make a best guess. If your information is incomplete, YOU
are responsible for any errors that omissions cause!
Notice - Please check with your
school office to confirm your graduation status and your graduation
information!

Cards4Grads.com strives to offer only the finest products at a reasonable price.
Towards this end, we have chosen to use only the finest paper stock. Please be
advised that other papers of inferior quality effect the retention of ink,
smearing, and excessive offsetting.
A Note about our Environment
In this age of respect for the environment, Cards4Grads.com offers papers
featuring high recycled content. This does not effect the appearance, it
simply helps cut down fewer trees! Our research indicates that if all announcements were
made of high recycled content paper, we could save 100,000 acres of trees per year.
